Sometimes it works, sometimes not. Have tried adjectives suggestions icluding cleaning computer, cut down all startups, defraging, you autograph it I have done it. It is really stange. Could it be the mouse? Out look express works great. I own Att high speed and own checked with them also.

Need more information....please describe slow....slow loading page off internet? Or slow first showing, using the menus(ie. file repress view favorites tools) and using the program itself? What type of computer and processor?
