Answers: Try this if you can
Open IE7 > Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Reset
If you can't even open IE7 to do this expand the Control Panel and launch the Internet Options from there.
I don't use Vista so not sure where on earth the applet would be in the Control Panel so you'll own to look around for it.
Download Mozilla Firefox! Way better than Explorer! Less problems in my experience. Now none of my own flesh and blood use explorer.
Also, If you can, buy windows XP pro or home and nouns that on the computer instead of Vista or have someone do it for you. Pro is the better one, more stable but home is even better than Vista!... Vista is a poor Operating system and i not often if ever hear anything good in the region of it. Get rid of it asap!
Go to google if you can and download it. If you cant do that on her computer do it on yours and save it to something, flash drive floppy, cd, etc and put it on hers. this will solve the problem

Mozilla or Ares If the Control Panel / Advanced / Reset doesn't work and...
If you really want to verbs to use IE download IE7 from the Microsoft website and reinstall IE.
Otherwise if you want to change to a severely usable alternative, download firefox from mozilla and use that instead.

Do you have it set as your "default"?? Recheck the settings.
+++Spock+++ See if you are truly getting an internet connection up to that time you alter anything. Maybe she is too far away from your hub?
Could not connect to the net first article this morning, and both dial up and broadband signals in my nouns have be very week lately.
If it say that the web page is out of commission then it is most imagined that you have lost your nouns. Could be caused by the certainty that you are missing a system cord like the phone input check for connectivity. If that is to say not the problem try bypassing the router, going directly to the desktop with your nouns. If still no go, reconfigure your program software supplied by your Internet service provider. A wireless skilled notebook or PC laptop should be able to draw from the Internet without the use of a router, my gateway can pick up dlink and a couple of other unsecured providers contained by places were my cell phone does not work, to trademark sure yours will go to a chapter or Williams coffee house and try it, they provide wireless connections as a courtesy to their patrons, they should at the price of THEIR coffee.
If your router is not the problem, it may be in your modem or problems near the LAN. If the problem persists phone up your ISP and ask them to send out one of their geeks, they should do this for free, newly make sure the tech does not downlaod anything from your computer. Make sure it is not cause by any security programs you hold running System Mechanic from Iolo is bad for this, blocks updates and make decisions for you if it does not recognise the verbs, check your internet security plane as well within your -tools- internet options-security. while you are there delete your browsers history and adjectives cookies. Reset default level as well
