Lately I haven't been able to see or login to some myspace chatrooms (ie. 20's, love & relationships, etc.).

Could be that your conversations violated the MYSPACE guidelines and others asked that you be sensored or blocked from entering the chat rooms.
On reputable chatrooms...you are monitored, especially if someone reports that you are being vulgar or abusive. You are allowed public access to why MYSPACE blocked you...getting back on is highly unlikely.
In the beginning you agreed to follow the guidelines of MYSPACE chat rooms...apparently others found you not following the set guidelines and asked MYSPACE to block you.
Ask MYSPACE this question. They must be honest with you...then again...abuse of their services...doesn't need an explanation.
You signed or 'x'd' and agreed to chatting in an appropriate fashion before they let you join any chat room.
Violation of that agreement got you kicked to the curb.
If your friends are able to chat there...this is probably the reason.
If everyone had a problem getting on...it would probably be a "MYSPACE" IT trouble.
It's not if it's just you.
From now on...keep your language and communication to the agreement levels you accepted and verified you'd follow and you won't be kicked to the curb.
Everything you say is monitored these days. Yep...even the private stuff.
It's the internets way of protecting others and their sites.
