I just downloaded Internet explorer 7 and now there is no File, Edit, View, etc across the top of my toolbar before.. where did I go? How do I find it? Thank you for your help.

If u press alt key the toll bar will be displayed then u can goto view and change the setting .
you can right click in a blank area (on the tool bar section) and get the menu bar selections up which you can select it if you really need it.
Why bother using IE? Use Firefox and it has everything you need, although you update it to the latest version. Besides, you don't get a lot of spyware, adware and all those kinds of junks. Microsoft is very much infested with 'em.
