Internet explorer on IMAC?
Answers:
If you have a different Intel iMac (from Jan. 06), you can't use anymore Internet Explorer for Mac. If you really need to use Internet Explorer, you could try to install Parallels Desktop near Windows.
If you have a PowerPC iMac (iMac G5, G4, G3...), you could try download Internet Explorer for Mac at : http://mac.oldapps.com/internet_explorer...
Be aware that Microsoft stops adjectives support for this software and that if this is for your daily use, you'll be better to use Safari or Mozilla Firefox on your iMac.
I know it's rude, but let me answer your put somebody through the mill with one of my own:
Why do you want the buggy, slow, virus adjectives Internet explorer on your mac? Firefox, opera, and safari should suit you fine.
As far as the interrogate, Internet explorer is A Microsoft exclusive product, available only for window (legally, though there is A linux version).
iMacs can run window however, if you're really hurting for IE.
Microsoft stopped developing Explorer for the Mac when Apple came out next to Safari. You can download a very antediluvian version, but it is extremely superseded.
If you don't like Safari, which comes near your Mac, try having a look at Firefox, Omniweb or Camino, adjectives of which are good, standards compliant browsers.
If the site you're trying to use demands that you use Explorer you can set adjectives those browsers to pretend to be Internet Explorer using the user agent settings.
Microsoft is not supporting IE for Macs anymore as I hold heard. Plus IE for Macs have some display issues and some websites will not show properly. I recommend using Firefox or Safari. If you have need of IE you can find an older copy but IE runs better on a PC.
