When a new page loads on IE, it comes to the top of all windows and is annoying, IE6 would just flash orange.H

I have 4 browsers open at once. I click on a link on one, and while loading, I read the other. In IE6, the newly loaded page would just flash orange at the bottom of the screen, but not interrupt the page I was reading. Now with IE7 (I have tabs turned OFF), instead of flashing orange, it INTERRUPTS what I'm doing and brings itself to the top of all windows. How do I change this to not place itself in front of all other windows when refreshing.

Answers:
That's a glitch in IE7. You either have to live with it or revert back to IE6. If you decide not to keep IE7, and most people don't keep it, click on start, settings, control panel, add/remove programs and the show updates box at the top. When the list loads, find Internet Explorer 7 and click to remove it. After removal, close control panel and restart the computer. It will revert back to IE6 and this, and other problems will be over. In a few months maybe the bugs will be worked out and we can all try again!
I don't know if you can, but your best bet is going to be in the Internet Options control panel (which you can get through the Tools menu on IE6). I recommend either trying the tabbed browsing, or getting a different browser.
