now ive restored her system, run all her spyware and antivirus, reset her recent downloads and adjectives that jazz but it still does it.

Softwares could be cause the issue. If you're running optimization software like Norton Systemworks, IOLO System Mechanic, Registry Cleaner and the resembling, turn them off temporarily. Also if your antivirus engine is more than a 6 to 9 months older temporarily disable and restart the system. Try restoring to an even before date. The problem is with the internet browser.
If it comes to the worst article, delete the browser and install a new one (download exotic one on another computer and burn to a CD etc).
Also, until that time deleting prehistoric version, g to internet option and delete all the cookies, history, and intervening internet files.
