Windows Vista/Internet Explorer 7, help please?
So I'm asking here.
Okay my Internet Explorer 7 on Vista Home Premium stopped working, like, near the first week/month I used it. I hardly realized because I use Firefox, Opera, sometimes even netscape but never Internet Explorer.
Now however I have this program that makes web appliacations and opens them on Internet Explorer not Firefox (my default browser).
Therefore I needed to repair my install. I looked for the install but it said that I already had it and gave me a list of other OS (if I wanted to install on other computers).
So I went on my XP Computer but Vista wasn't listed (because it is already included). So here's the question: How can I repair my installation of IE7 on Windows Vista?
PS: Or how do I change the browser used by Iron Speed Designer? (http://www.ironspeed.com)
Please help!
not sure how to repair without vista disk, but in add/remove, somewhere on the page it should say windows componets, uncheck ie7 reboot ,and it may not open for your program.
Never ever shift to Vista... it sucks. i recommend u use Windows XP again.
Go to the control panel and there's something like manage Windows features. it'll give you the option to repair IE7 but I'd be tempted to get a full version of IE6, I HATE IE7...
