Internet Explorer. Error: Object Expected?



               
So when im on a page beside a .pdf or a music file such as on vgmusic.com, I seize an error.
Lower left corner a sickly '!' sign saying Object Expected adjectives the time. Its not the sites, its my settings. I dont want to get Firefox or anything else. Ive asked other relations but they are no help at adjectives! I have IE v7 by the process. I tried to contact Microsoft online but that was harder than I thought....!
Please aid me asap its so annoying I have a headache! :(
update java http://www.java.com you might want to check the settings underneath Tools then Internet Options and see if anything is out of the everyday. then if adjectives else fails, you in truth might want to consider downloading Safari from apple.com. i like it better than Firefox or Internet Explorer...
