Well... Internet explorer isn't the best web browser to use, and since the site won't widen on firefox, I reccomend you try insalling Safari. Its mac and you can't use the back and forward buttons on your mouse, but its pretty hurried and it should load the site you are trying to carry to w/o that annoying close message. reinstall Internet Explorer or try a clone like Avant Browser
