Answers: It's a Windows article and it can happen near ANY Windows program, but it does happen repeatedly with IE. You'll become aware of it tends to come about when you open and close tab pretty quickly or formerly they load, break open new programs merely after shutting down another, etc. Don't worry, it's no virus or spyware. It's of late Micro$oft... as usual.
get AVG or SPYBOT for your spyware cleanup it works best. use FireFox browser to avoid spyware also.... other delete temp Internet files and cookies, these will do it for you. I'd look into getting Firefox, however this kind of operation isn't majority on a CLEAN machine. lately uninstall it from the Control Panel add/remove programs, and it should go subsidise to the IE you were using since.
This has hap penclosingo me when I updated to IE 7 but i will never update again, I did however use the yahoo toolbar because it allow you have tab when looking at differ net page all within one window short closing out all the time close to IE 7
