Can i use internet explorer using individual broadband?



               
i am goin to cancel AOL since im not contented with their internet service, so i fixed to get broadband but not acquire an internet service provider because i dont wanna pay for one. Is it possible to lately pay for the broadband service, and use internet explorer to surf the trellis?
