Answers: sometimes that happens to me, i started going away my modem on all the time, i found it be interfering with explorer to much. since doing that i don't own any more problems. i hope it works for you.
All I can say is that you may only just have a virus. Get Norton Anti-Virus it might recount you whatsup. you have be infected. run your anti-virus and spyware software.
Make sure that you have run anti-malware clients to generate sure there is zilch affecting IE. If you still cannot seem to gain it to work, try reinstalling. And if that doesn't work, download Firefox and use that instead. THe first answer is right

u should use mozilla firefox anyway. internet explorer let in virus. scan for virus and spyware (if you don't have anti-virus or anti-spyware software installed - do so).

Stop using internet explorer. And download Mozilla Firefox (it's free and great). Microsoft has not upgraded internet explorer ample to keep it strong as an explorer, beside all the complex websites out at hand you need a obedient safe explorer. And microsoft internet explorer is not that explorer. Try disabling any add-ins that you own installed, uninstall any toolbars as well.

yeahhh Norton anti virus and you should try downloading Mozilla firefox Ye u could have a virus nearby runing somewhere or if u have internet explorer 7 u might call for to install it again
Try resetting the browser.
To do that, head to:
Control Panel > Internet Options > Advanced (Tab) > Reset (Button).
It'll reset Internet Explorer fund to it's default "factory" settings.

and if a virus just use the porthole defender for XP and vista it will remove it. I enjoy the same problem since. or try to get a up to date hard drive. from www.Kahlon.com is cheaper. FireFox is better..
That happen to me once aswell, what i did was reboot the total computer so your only disappeared with the softwares that come beside the computer when you first buy it, then you simply download your recent softwares, it should work fine after that. Have you downloaded anything lately. How around running System Restore from a point where your computer be working fine?
