Yes. Unfortunately, I don't know how so I can't tell you how to do it.
Google videos are NOT Copy-right protected, but unfourtnly, google has removed lots of them, or moved them to youtube, and they are harder to download from there. I have tried to downlod the video directly, and it dosent work. Only certain websites that have videos made to save to the psp you can use, then only one I know of it albinoblacksheep.com which has different flash animations. It is, however very easy to copy videos from google ising a computer, simply drag the files into the videol folder of the psp's memory stick using a usb cable (about $2 for a generic one at the store, it dosent need to be name brand) Or use a card reader
