CPU usage. Goes up to a 100% sometimes merely by openning internet explorer..?

Is this middle-of-the-road... I added a new graphics card, power supply, and more strike, last week. For some use, the cpu seems to want to use more of its power to open programs... Just by moving my mouse spinal column and forth across the screen I get it up to 81%..

Help.

Answers:    the cpu usage is always shifting. But it shouldn't go up to 100% merely by opening explorer. If you own antivirus or scanning software approaching Norton or McAffee, they can cause an massive drain on the the cpu usage. I suggest turning it off and scheduling a specific time for scan. It doesn't need to be on adjectives the time. See if that works - it did for me!
Sounds like that clean graphics card might be the issue. If possible try going back to the antiquated one and see what happens. You might also want to check next to manufacturer and see if here are updated drivers available.

The other possibility could be virus/spyware.
Sounds bad to me if its a newer computer you probably enjoy a bunch of adwear going on in the environment. If your getting lots of pop ups thats probably it.
