They may be blocked. Open Internet Options and in Security and Privacy conversion settings. Unblock pop-ups which I do not recommend. May be problem near service provider.

May be some firewalls that blocking the sites.
the webbrowser may be blocked or problem in web click change shelter setting or download netscafe.
