About internet explorer?



               
on the very top where the explorer logo is it says everyones internet that is the internet service i used to have, i dont use the service any more i have deleted the service out of my computer but is still says everyones internt how do i get rid of it thanks Victor.

I know there is a program I think called tweakxp that lets you change it. A lot of internet companies change it. It will not affect your web use in any way.

Run Regedit: Click on Start, Run, and type in "regedit" -- without the quotes.

Find the key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Mi... Explorer\Main

Delete two new string values named "SmallBitmap" and "BigBitmap" -- without the quotes.

OR, download FireFox.

install another browser such as firefox
(www.getfirefox.com)
and then use this engine as your default
or you could try reinstalling internet explorer!
look for gpedit (its in your system32 folder)... run the program... you'll find it under browser settings (THIS IS IF YOU ARE RUNNING XP)
