Can I set up deposit to restrict download / access to Internet Explorer?



               
Want to restrict to using merely Mozilla Firefox due to all the pop ups using IE.


Answers:    Parental Controls- also a pop-up blocker will work wonders.
ZoneAlarm Firewall can completely block IE from access the internet altogether, which is handy for popups/malmare install attempts.

If you're getting the popups while you're offline, you have a completely different problem which requires spyware/malware removal (try Spybot S&D).
