I recently downloaded an AIM virus. I ran AIMFix and got rid of it. But now, I have no internet connection on that computer. But AIM still works for some reason. Would anyone happen to know the problem?

it's impossible for aim to still work if your internet connection doesn't since aim needs the internet to work! try uninstalling the aim program. how are you connected to the internet? try doing a system restore (start, control panel, performance & maintenance, click on system restore on the left side). if that doesn't work, i would try reinstalling your internet software (like the cd-rom that came when you signed up for internet) or call your internet service provider.
