When I try to install or uninstall programs, i'm prompted to close internet explorer, but it is already closed



               
It does not allow me to complete installations or removals. Can any one back please?


Answers:    You might want to check your processes in responsibility manager and see if iexplorer.exe is near. That's the internet explorer process and that might be what it's detecting.
