I can't recommend a company (browser) just condemn one. That is Internet explorer, don't use it.
Use Mozilla Firefox. Its stable and wont crash as IE does.
Google, Ask.com
IE7 for Microsoft...As far as overall, if the updates get you upset then Firefox is good and untargeted...but nothing compares to ie7 imo...as far as functionality
Personally I love www.ask.com it is especially helpful on projects.
