Can somebody explain how to turn past its sell-by date Internet Explorer add-ons you don't endorse?

Get rid of it and use Mozilla Firefox, better browser all round, and Thunderbird email client is a sensation too.
Not sure if you're saying you cant catch to see how that page telsls you to turn off the add-ons. I've paste this from that page, hope it helps :

How do I turn stale an add-on?
