Can somebody explain how to turn past its sell-by date Internet Explorer add-ons you don't endorse?

Answers:    Not sure if you're saying you cant catch to see how that page telsls you to turn off the add-ons. I've paste this from that page, hope it helps :

How do I turn stale an add-on?

1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. Depenexpireg on your version of Internet Explorer, do one of the following:
* On Internet Explorer 6, click the Tools menu, and later click Manage Add-ons.
* On Internet Explorer 7, click the Tools menu, point to Manage Add-ons, and then click Enable or Disable Add-ons.
3. Click the autograph of the add-on.
4. Click Disable. You might own to restart Internet Explorer for the changes to steal effect.
Get rid of it and use Mozilla Firefox, better browser all round, and Thunderbird email client is a sensation too. As above
