Explorer crashes and No internet access. After using both Pfconfig and tcpoptimizer.?



               
I downloaded both Pfconfig and Tcpoptimizer today to speed the download of a torrent i'm downloading within bitcomet. Unfortunately after using tcpoptimizer, i rebooted my computer and logged in to find explorer.exe crashing every 15-30 second, and now i dont give the impression of being to have an Ip address or something resembling that, since i have no more internet access. I checked the exchange cards settings as best as i could, but that crashed with explorer as resourcefully before i could numeral out much. The IP address and subnet were blank completely. I dont know what could be cause the instability in explorer to own it constantly crash and start up, crash and start up, but i cant do anything anymore. I tried a winsock fix, did nothing. Can anyone facilitate me out?


Answers:    You'll need to boot into safe and sound mode and either uninstall the program you installed or @ the boot menu shift to last agreed good configuration and boot that (it's not a full system restore but it change some key components).

Hit F8 @ startup and that will help yourself to you to the screen you want.
ok first off stop doing more things... im a licensed computer repair specialist and im going to assistance you fix this but stop doing other things.

now, I want you to unplug your router & modem, which is probably close to your router....
Plug your MODEM wager on in after its be unplugged for 1 full minute, then WAIT another 2 minutes and yes WAIT the full 2 minutes, and plug fund in your Router.

Now restart your computer...
Now I want you to use the Winsock tool you of late downloaded.
after youve used the winsock tool... RESTART your computer again.

Now I want you to click start, then run, next type in services.msc once the fanlight pops up, i want you to scroll down in that windowpane until you see windows firewall... I want you to STOP that, and transmutation the automatic, to Disable,then click apply & next ok.

Now you can close out all that.

NOW install Bitcomet, the one i only had you download.

and within your preferences in bitcomet clear sure your "upload" speed is 30 NOT higher than 30.

and be sure your download speed is 900, or if its close to uTorrent and has 0 as "unlimited" after set it as 0... to be safe though you can set your download at 900.
Save adjectives those settings & close Bitcomet
