Is it possible to find the sites I have visited in the last six days or so even though I have accidently deleted my search history? (Don't ask me how I did this)

Sorry, you've lost them.
Unfortunately, no. Once you erase the history, it is gone. My only suggesttion, if you are triying to find a trail of what a user was looking at, you can try to go to Tools, Internet options, settings, and click on the "view FIles". This may have not been deleted.
