its the only site that does it, and the site is also not compatable with Firefox, once she clicks on "log on" the page just *POOF* disappears. her pc is only 3 days old and has avast scanner running on it to catch viruses and such.
I would go to Opera or Netscape. This is probably a DNS problem and so just don't mess with it. Unless you want to change the IP to the comp. I have never tried it but you can do it. Just type in "change IP" into the Search box above (green w/white typing area) and go to it.
