Blank internet explorer window save introductory how can i stop this?



               
I recently have viruses and dell techie's answer help me get rid of them but i still enjoy a problem with int. explorer gap constantly i could have 20 ie window open if i progress away from the computer for any length of time. i have champion, avg, spy bot, is there something else i stipulation to do to fix this and i also get a rundll error message when i start up my laptop. please abet :(
