it's really strange. sometimes my computer freezes when i opened too many tabs in one browser (IE 7), and after i unfreezes my computer, the whole browser keeps shaking up and down, and the menu bar would suddenly come out then disappear without me doing anything.
what's the problem?
do i have to reinstall it?

the same has happened to me. but yeah...definately re-install it. and with internet explorer.its not good to have windows open. I switched to firefox...look it up on google. its a better webbrowser taht doesn't freeze and no pop up ads!!
