When i open internet explorer the toolbar dose not open why?

Under the View menu, select Toolbars and make sure the one you want is checked. Once you have it right, you might want to check Lock Toolbars on the same menu to keep them from gettting messed up again.
which toolbar? right click any bar thats open and make sure the one you want is checked
Press right click somewhere down of the adress bar and check the Toolbar that you are using. If that doesn't work download a fresh copy and reinstall.
the toolbars might be locked, click on view>toolbars>Lock the toolbars, uncheck it. Then chose your toolbar...
