How do I reinstall Internet Explorer if my computer says that it is "unable to establish a connection" ?



               
It says this or "server not found" with everything I try. How do I reset it to be able to connect to the internet?

sometimes the "data flow" from a persons computer to their ISP (internet service provider) does not go (flow) very well,,, and there are MANY factors that can cause a slow down of the data flow, if not disrupte it altogether...
Its not explorer, it's your internet connection. Check with your internet service provider.
You could reinstall it from a CD. However if you made it to this page at Yahoo you are on the internet so why do you need to reinstall Explorer? Personally I think Safari is a better browser. I avoid Microsoft products.
It is definitly your connection. Try another connection.
