I would like to save my Internet Explorer favourites onto an external hard disk, can anyone help?

I am also looking for a good, user friendly website to store all my favourites online.Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Answers:
Explore to c:\documents and settings\<username>\local settings\favorites to copy the folder
open up ie, got to file, scroll down to import and export, click on. click next. choose top folder for to include evrything, click on next. then find a folder to export to. then finish.

use www.4shared.com to store your files, all free
Open up Internet Explorer.

File > Import & Export > next > choose Export Favourites > save to your destination.

Instead of storing on a website, why not repeat the above but this time save to your desktop instead and then e-mail the file as a file attachment to a web based email, like Hotmail, Yahoo etc.
You can just copy the folder or you can open internet explorer and choose file >>>import/export and then follow the on screen prompts with the wizard. This then saves the file as a html file called bookmarks. When you are ready you can then import it onto another machine. You could then email the file to yourself and then your favourites would be available all the time (if you use a web based email server such as yahoo). Another option to store your favourites online is available at www.onlinefavourites.com
