Whenever i turn on internet explorer, i obtain an error report.?

if i hit transport or dont send, the browser shuts down. the single way to stop it is to not hit anything and move it out of the channel.
if you can answer this , use simplistic terms, as i am no computer wiz.

This mode that you have a virus. I win it all the time thres nought you can really do. I click send. i dont use or trust internet explorer unless i hold to. try reinstalling it (link below)
