How do i uninstall my Internet Explorer?



I use firefox as personally i have a feeling its way better than IE. Recently IE have become corrupt though after running several scans nought comes up!. If i open up errand manager IE is running several times surrounded by the background, if i failure each one manually it usually get to two and then constantly keep re-running, one of which takes up 60,000k!! (40% cpu usage!). Ive read several ways of doing it but none seem to be to apply to a vista OS (Control panel, add remove,window components and un-check IE). I cant seem to find the window components tab/icon to do this. HELP!!

You can uninstall ie,but you also obligation to click on updates in put in and remove programs,so you can remove ALL of ie.If you don't,you won't be able to reinstall it then.It will say you already enjoy it.I went through this process when switching from ie7 subsidise to 6 and back again.
start>control panel>add remove programs> click uninstall IE. You might wanna hold on to IE though. Certain aspects of the internet ONLY work with IE.
you cant is part of window.
besides vista is a pile of crap anyways go buy a mac.

ie if i looked-for to delete safari i just drag it from my applications folder into the trash.


reinstall window to fix the corruption problem and then merely leave it be. dont ever uncap it.

save FF to a usb drive install it that passageway (means IE never opens) unless windows requests it so in which bag you cant stop it.
U cannot ur windows will crash if u try to delete it thru the system folder, Also plz rectify that Firefox hogs more of ur memeory and cPU THAN ie
click start>contol panel> give or remove programs>
add/remove windows component> next uncheck the internet explorer then subsequent until your done
