How can i capture the updated internet explorer on my window vista?



               
On my windows Vista, my total family uses the comp. and we adjectives have different accounts, the other accounts' internet explorer look updated. (They appear black) but on mine it is only just the same as until that time. I need aid!
internet exploder is crap, download firefox and go to toos add-ons and acquire a cool theme... go and get it here:

internet explorer isnt a good browser beacuse it keep shooting up unwanted pop-ups. my reccomendation is draw from safari for windows or mozilla firefox It's not an updated altered copy of internet explorer..... it's your display settings........ they propably have Aero turned on which have a cool looking black and tranparency style to it....... you can change it within you display settings to match............ Vista comes near the lastest version of IE when you install it
