Internet explorer is a module of Windows, it can't be removed with any simplicity, so it's better to take off it alone if you don't know exactly what you're doing.
Outlook express can be removed by going to the Add/Remove programs and selecting the "Remove window components" tab. uncheck outlook express and click apply.
You won't gain much space from any of this though, maybe smaller amount than 50MB or so.
