once i connect to the internet and start internet explorer..a message window pops up saying internet explorer was forced to close..but then i wait about 5 mins. and i could use it ..can anyone tell whats wrong or how i could fix it?

I agree with the previous answer. You probably have spyware. I would not waste time going to download a bunch of freeware that will essential make your startup time slower. Go to this site and download a trial version of Webroot's Spysweeper. It will indicate if you have spyware.

might be a spyware problem scan ur computer for virus and spyware.
The problem is that you're running Internet Explorer.
IE is a giant sack of steaming crap. Use Firefox. :)
