Is there a passageway to turn this off / fix it? Please help out - its SO annoying and won't let me login to my hill account.

Make sure that you are truly on your banks website. You totally well could be viewing a spoofed website of your ridge. Make sure you check the URL, or type it in manually in the past you enter eny information.
That error occurs when the SSL ticket (the encryption between you and the site) is expired or issued to a different domain name. It's possible that your sandbank forgot to renew the certificate, but that would be pretty lame and I suggest not bank online with them anymore if thats the bag.
It's also possible that their certificate is simply issued to www.bank.com and not hill.com (without www), or vice versa. Try to add the www if it's not at hand.
Try removing the erring certificate by going to
Internet explorer-->tools-->contents-->certificat...
Once done, access the website again, and next the new certifcate will seize installed automatically.
