How do I catch my internet explorer to allow ActiveX?

There should be a moment or two yellow stick underneath the tool bar at the top. It should read aloud click to allow program to install. Click and it should work.

As said above, below the toolbar there is a box that comes up, it also make a popping noise, clik on within and it should install ActiveX. You can go to
Tools-> Internet Options-> Got to 2nd Tab ->Security Tab-> Click on Custom Level->
