Is not enough RAM the problem?

This have nothing to do next to your system memory.
Its one of the ADD-Ons that are installed into you Internet explorer. To find out which one is causing your problem do as follows;

Start the Internet explorer and jump to the Tools menu at the top of the page.
Within the Tools-menu goto Manage ADD-ons
Disable ALL the ADD-ons that are showing in the box
Close IE
Start IE again, and close it again, if your problem have disappeared , enable your ADD-ons one for one until you hit into your problem again.
Remove the on the blink ADD-on

I get this adjectives the time also!! wow I thought I was the with the sole purpose one? Sounds like it get corrupted.
It doesn't sound close to ram is the problem. Whatever it is you should conspicuously download firefox it is so much better If this is the first time it's happened afterwards just restart your computer and that might work. Otherwise simply install the Firefox web browser.
I go and get this message in Vista sometimes (increasingly more recently). I don't reckon RAM is the issue (I have 2 see in my laptop.
I believe this is basically another bug in IE. I agree, firefox is smaller number buggy but I've come across websites that will only function next to IE.
Back to your problem, restart or close the browser if comes up once in your session. More than once, reboot.
This problem is because of a .dll database.
To manually resolve this problem, update the Pdm.dll file by installing the appropriate upgrades.

If you are running Windows 98 or Windows Millennium Edition (Me), the following upgrades do not install an updated newspaper of Pdm.dll. The only resolution currently available is to upgrade your operating system.

If you are running Microsoft Office 2000, upgrade to Microsoft Office 2000 Service Release 1 (SR-1). For more information, drop by the following Microsoft Web site:

If you are running the Microsoft Script Debugger, upgrade to a newer version. For more information, call round the following Microsoft Web site:

2. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
3. On the Advanced tab, click to select the Disable Script Debugging check box contained by the Browsing section.

Do you get this message everytime you amenable Internet Explorer? Are you using IE6, Windows XP SP2? Did you do a recent update from Microsoft?

If yes to the above quesions then read on...

Windows XP w/ Service Pack 2 running Internet Explorer 6 after installing warranty update 942615. This security update cause all kind of problems, I ended up delete the update but now near seems to be a "fix" for the issue.
