I use xp & loging in under my profile, ie won't let me use shortcuts. Yahoo login pg is also diffrnt to?

This' a known new problem associated with win xp users. the problems actually affect the internet explorers functionality.
According to microsoft, the problem was caused by a penultimate security update. this is a fallout on most HP harware critical update.
To resolve this problem you have to get a little knowledge on how to edit your system registry. to open the registry
click START button on your computer
click RUN
in the dialog box type: regedit
then the system registry opens.
To go further Like I said u need some expert nuts, otherwise you may completely hang your computer.
If u're willing to solve the problem, I can spare a minute or two to guide u. simply open your yahoo messanger and send me an alert that you are ready. then I also try to lay my hands on the registry setting then we can do it step by stepp further.
