When I open Emails in MS IE and open a linked page it is "static" or unmoving. Can someone help with this?

Your pop-blocker is probably blocking the pop-up windows from appearing. Try doing a Ctrl-Click

if you have lately installed any software, try uninstalling.

i used to get this same error with netscape 4.7 browser.
i uninstalled the software.

it could be supporting files like DOM component damaged or
ur browser script locking down with a javascript code. ( so disable the javascript in ur browser. ) and check again.

check ur system if other application are running ur ms ie down.

last but not least.. check ur system for virus. / macro.
