For some reason, on my Administrative account on my computer, the Internet Explorer is not working. However, it works on the other account on my computer. I haven't done anything to my computer but it came out of nowhere. What could be going on and how can I fix it?

without specific info on what not working realy meens its hard to say, it could be damage caused by a virus, if you know when is started maybe you should use system restore to a day or so before, also maybe you should run virus scan and spyware scan
you could make a new account and forget about that one
