Start the computer in Safe mode (Keep tapping F8 when it boots) and do a full virus scan and spyware scan.
I think the problem with your system might be infected with virus.I ll suggest you to run a full system scan in safe mode and also check whether your system registry is corrupt..

You have a virus or spyware problem. You need to start in safe mode by pressing F8 during the boot. Go to start/run and type in msconfig. In the startup tab turn everything off. restart the machine and try to download anti-virus and anti-spyware, update them both and run full scans. After this go to control panel/add remove programmes, and for any programme you don't know do a google search for it's name. Any reported as malware should be uninstalled. You can then turn on each item in msconfig, one at a time and re-start each time. If any item causes problems turn it off. Once you are sure you have everything you need active, click the box to turn off the warning message at logon.
