Try downloading it again.
What do you mean lost com cast web browse? com cast is cable and if you have cable modem the minute you turn your computer on you are connected, if you mean web page it is
http://www.comcast.net
I have to make some assumptions here! Hopefully, this is a PC not a MAC, also hoping Windows XP?
That being said:
1.) Shut down computer completely.
2.) Disconnect the power cord to your cable modem.
3.) Wait about a minute or two.
4.) Re-start computer.
5.) After it boots up completely, plug the power cord back into the cable modem.
After a minute or two, hopefully, your system will discover what disappeared!
(I assume you clicked on My Networks-Show All-Repair?)
Also clicked on the two little computers in lower right corner?
If this does not work, add some more info such as computer, software, modem type, etc.!

If downloading again (first answer you received) doesn't work, call Comcast. They may be able to do it online. Or, your battery in your Comcast modem is low or dead.
