How do I set my browser to automatically open with several tabs set to different pre-defined web sites?

In the Opera browser, you can save those bookmarks to a folder on your toolbar; click that folder icon and click Open All Folder Items.
Even more fun is Speed Dialâ„¢ in Opera's newest Web browser, Opera 9.2.

(on ie7) you go up and click the homepage icon's ARROW and select add to homepage or tabs or somthing like that. and then a box will pop up and select add this to my homepage tabs.
In Firefox:
1.Set them all open in your window.
2.Click on the Bookmarks->Bookmark All Tabs menu item.
3.Give it a name.
4.Save it.
5.Click the Tools->Options menu item.
6.Click the Main tab.
7.In the When Firefox Starts list box, select Show My Home Page.
8.Set the Home Page to the multiple-item bookmark you just set.
9.Click OK.
Easy...
Go to Tools > Internet Options. In the Home page field enter each web site you want to open on a separate line of the field.
Whenever you click home, or open your browser it will open separate tabs to each of the URLs.
