Open TXT record beside Internet Explorer - Please read the details!?



               
USING INTERNET EXPLORER, NOT Windows Explorer!

I want to click on a web-based hyperlink to a file file (test.txt) and enjoy the file depart in NOTEPAD, not Internet Explorer.

Note: Double-clicking on tryout.txt in Windows Explorer already open the file surrounded by Notepad.
Use file protocol, e.g, you want to friendly BillPay.txt
then type

profile:///C:\Others\BillPay.txt

in your IE address dowel, and it will open the folder in notepad.
