I have a Compaq Presario SR12320M and the MS office program is is just a limited trial program and would like to get rid of it but can't uninstall because I never installed it in the first place. How do I get a usable envelope icon?

You do the following:
1 - Open Internet Explorer
2 - Click Tools and select Internet Options
3 - Click the Programs tab
4 - Where it says "email", you want to select Outlook Express
